Presenter: Giammauro Berardi | Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center Background: Robotic-assisted liver surgery has emerged as an alternative approach to laparoscopic and open techniques. Methods: In this video abstract, we present the operative management of a 57yo M who presented with metachronous metastases in segment 6/7. A robotic right posterior sectionectomy was planned Results: The operation is detailed associated video. Operative time 500. Length stay 4 days. Pathologic examination showed margin negative resection Conclusion: platform may permit smaller surgical incisions, which enhance postoperative recovery.
